Description

18k gold medal presented by the New York Academy of Medicine to Carl Koller in 1930. It was created by Harriet Whitney Frishmuth and struck by the Medallic Art Co. (NY). Dr. Koller was the first recipient of the award which is given for outstanding contributions to biomedical science.
